I can go for several months without craving carbs. Something must trigger me into carb cravings.
I am deep into intense, wild craving for carbs.
I have some butternut squash. That's carb-y.
Fruit has carbs.
That's not what I am craving. I am craving ice cream with sugar. Hmmm. What flavor would I go with? Lemon cookie by Three Twins. It is purely organic, with no carrageenan or anything but purely organic ingredients. The difference in taste jumps out with the first lick. I could also go for cardamon. And something chocolately whose name I am blanking.
I want ice cream.
I'll have to settle for a couple slices of cantaloupe but it is not cutting the crave.
